Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

• Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: $7.95-$12.95 flat rate per order. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: $25-$35 flat rate per order. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
• Overnight Shipping: $45-$65 flat rate per order. Orders placed by 12 NOON PST will be delivered the next business day.

Note: Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

• We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Mane Event Hair Collection is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

• Mane Vent Hair Collection ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• Note: Some products may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to size or carrier restrictions.

Shipment Delays

• Due to high demand, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances, there may be occasional delays in the shipping process. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Mane Event Hair Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
