Return & Exchange Policy
Final Sale on Hair Products
All hair products, including wigs and bundles, are final sale. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair products once they have been opened, worn, or tampered with. This policy ensures that all our customers receive only the highest quality, untouched products.
Exceptions
We do accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- The request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at bookwithjchrissy@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate. Claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours of receiving your product.
Custom Orders and Alterations
Custom orders, including wigs or bundles that have been altered (cut, dyed, or installed), are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Processing Time for Returns and Exchanges
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
